Shiree Wilder
Paralegal

Rooted in the Inland Northwest, Shiree brings a distinctive combination of analytical rigor, creative thinking, and genuine advocacy to the work of estate planning. Her path into law was a natural progression for someone drawn equally to the power of language and the responsibility of helping people navigate systems that can feel overwhelming without a trusted guide.
What defines her approach is the conviction that good legal work is never only technical in its nature, but human as well. She is energized by the process of bringing structure to complexity, translating legalese into clear, actionable plans, and standing firmly in the corner of the people she serves. That motivation is personal as much as it is professional. Having encountered firsthand the barriers that arise when advocacy is absent, she understands what is at stake when people face difficult situations without support, and she takes that understanding into every client interaction.
Beyond her legal work, Shiree has been an active contributor to her community as a city arts commissioner and pottery instructor, a thread that reflects her belief that creativity and advocacy are not separate disciplines but deeply complementary ones. That same instinct has carried into her current work developing a podcast centered on conversation, meaningful ideas, and genuine dialogue.
Outside of work, she finds renewal in creative projects, the outdoors, time with her family, and humor. She is, by her own admission, usually in the middle of turning an idea into a project.
Shiree is a thoughtful, principled contributor to the Cornerstone Legal team and an advocate in the truest sense of the word. That advocacy does not stop at the office door. It has surfaced, perhaps most visibly, in her children, who have developed their own voices, leadership, and willingness to speak up. As the running joke in her household goes: "If you think I'm difficult, wait till you meet my mom."
